FSU Multidisciplinary Evaluation and Consulting Center

The Multidisciplinary Center serves pre-school and school-aged children who are experiencing severe and/or complex academic, medical, and/or behavioral/emotional problems. Children and their families are referred by twenty school districts in the Florida Panhandle, Children’s Medical Services, and other state and community agencies.
Literacy Volunteers of Leon County

Literacy Volunteers of Leon County

Literacy Volunteers of Leon County (LVLC) – in conjunction with Leon County Public Library System – trains and supports volunteers who work one-to-one with adults and families, helping them to learn how to read and write, do math, or speak English (ESOL). There is no fee for services.

McKay Scholarship Program

The McKay Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities provides students with disabilities the ability to attend certain private schools more suited to their needs.
